From the moment you meet Robyn, it’s clear she’s a people person – and she is passionate about property.
With almost a decade of experience and the sharpest negotiating skills you will see in the business, Robyn prides herself on finding the right home for her clients, many of whom she has worked with across several homes.
Her insatiable drive and pragmatic approach have led to her becoming Ray White Ponsonby’s number one sales person for the last three years, along with many other awards. She is one of the company’s top 10 performers internationally, with sales that translate to $300 million over the last decade.
Combined with her charismatic, empathetic nature, Robyn’s clients can be sure they are in safe hands.
“It’s a privilege to do what I do. I’m all about building long-term relationships and helping people make good choices around property.”
Prior to real estate she spent seven years in London, working in marketing and project management. While always career-obsessed, Robyn wanted to move her day-to-day to place where she could connect more with people. An innate passion and interest in property, and a self-starting attitude led her to the obvious choice: a career in real estate.
Initially honing her sales skills at a small boutique agency, Robyn was named the REINZ ‘Rookie of the Year’ in 2012. Since moving to Ray White Damerell Group Ponsonby Robyn has relished the chance to work with top performers with 20 years of experience, and draw on the invaluable resources the team offers.
Delivering a personal tailored approach to each home, Robyn has an excellent scope of the market, having started in Kingsland and successfully branched out over the years to Auckland’s surrounding suburbs. Robyn is now a top-performer in Westmere, Grey Lynn, Sandringham, Mt Eden and Mt Albert. She lives and breathes the city fringe suburbs of Auckland, and in these neighbourhoods has become the “go-to trusted advisor” on all things real estate. A self-confessed renovation addict, she often sees potential in property where others cannot, and loves nothing more than helping buyers see how they can make a home "their own".
Robyn lives in Sandringham with her husband, son, labrador and yorkie-poo in a home they have lovingly renovated. Given her tendency to think about real estate 24/7, Robyn unwinds and allows her creativity to flow with her weekly yoga classes.

Who would have thought such a lush green tranquil oasis could exist so close to the CBD- Nestled between Ponsonby and Mt Eden, on the sunny Kingsland northern slopes, this late 1800's cottage was moved from Parnell to its new home on the gracious 675m2 grounds.
Lifted to create a two-storey home, this is tremendous stuff at 184m2!! The configuration allows 5 bedrooms, plus a work-from-home-studio and additional living rooms plus rumpus room!
It's a wonderfully flexible layout, with options to create a home and income (subject to Council Consents of course).
Completed by a double garage, this is super rare for Kingsland, plus there are an additional two off street parks. The property is completely private and there is a large courtyard with lots of sun that flows from both the kitchen and living zones.
Moments from the action of Ponsonby and Kingsland, and easily linked to the CBD via the bike track at the end of the street, Mt Eden Train Station, plus of course the new CRL once completed, this is a significant inner-city land holding.
With a CV of $1,425,000 (please note the price is expected to track a little north of here) this is seriously good value just 5 minutes from the CBD.
Teeming with opportunities! Prepare to be besotted.
