Victoria’s early career was in the rare field of Professional Ballet - "life as a dancer required large doses of dedication, hard work and commitment". From Ballet Victoria trained in recruitment - rising to a top performing recruitment consultant before forming and co-directing the highly regarded Wellington company GBL Personnel.
