From the moment you meet Robyn, it’s clear she’s a people person – and she is passionate about property.
With almost a decade of experience and the sharpest negotiating skills you will see in the business, Robyn prides herself on finding the right home for her clients, many of whom she has worked with across several homes.
Her insatiable drive and pragmatic approach have led to her becoming Ray White Ponsonby’s number one sales person for the last three years, along with many other awards. She is one of the company’s top 10 performers internationally, with sales that translate to $300 million over the last decade.
Combined with her charismatic, empathetic nature, Robyn’s clients can be sure they are in safe hands.
“It’s a privilege to do what I do. I’m all about building long-term relationships and helping people make good choices around property.”
Prior to real estate she spent seven years in London, working in marketing and project management. While always career-obsessed, Robyn wanted to move her day-to-day to place where she could connect more with people. An innate passion and interest in property, and a self-starting attitude led her to the obvious choice: a career in real estate.
Initially honing her sales skills at a small boutique agency, Robyn was named the REINZ ‘Rookie of the Year’ in 2012. Since moving to Ray White Damerell Group Ponsonby Robyn has relished the chance to work with top performers with 20 years of experience, and draw on the invaluable resources the team offers.
Delivering a personal tailored approach to each home, Robyn has an excellent scope of the market, having started in Kingsland and successfully branched out over the years to Auckland’s surrounding suburbs. Robyn is now a top-performer in Westmere, Grey Lynn, Sandringham, Mt Eden and Mt Albert. She lives and breathes the city fringe suburbs of Auckland, and in these neighbourhoods has become the “go-to trusted advisor” on all things real estate. A self-confessed renovation addict, she often sees potential in property where others cannot, and loves nothing more than helping buyers see how they can make a home "their own".
Robyn lives in Sandringham with her husband, son, labrador and yorkie-poo in a home they have lovingly renovated. Given her tendency to think about real estate 24/7, Robyn unwinds and allows her creativity to flow with her weekly yoga classes.

Here's your chance to take your living and lifestyle to the next level in this supremely gorgeous circa 1900 villa. Sitting eloquently on one of Kingsland's most tightly held streets, this 4 bedroom home offers the flexibility of two living areas and great connection to both the outdoors and sun via lawn and paving on the northern side.
The master suite with its walk-in robe and master bathroom is a true sensation, while three additional double bedrooms connected via a wide and gracious central hall gets the formula right. Stepping through to extensive and expansive living, this home can throw a party with the best of them!
A lot of thought has gone into creating a home that has "feeling" as well as class. The gas fire in the lounge provides a sense of retreat, while the sliding doors running the full expanse of the back extension pull in the sun and the dreamy big sky vista. The second living zone just adjacent to the main show is a masterstroke, providing a superb spot to stash the kids and their toys or simply to enjoy as your own dedicated read and retreat zone.
This is a very special neighbourhood in Auckland, with the immeasurable benefit of both Kingsland Village and now the new Morningside Precinct - our neighbourhood's Ponsonby Central. Boutique restaurants, cafes, bars and shops include Citizen Park, Venosa, Kage, Elisabeth, Mondays, Mixt, just to name a few, while your transport links into the CBD are unsurpassed. Train, bus or bike, Kingsland is super convenient.
Great local schools MAGs, Western Springs College, Auckland Girls Grammar, Mt Albert Primary and Newton Central.
A very rare chance for you to secure a home that just gets it right in so many ways.
