Greg was determined to make a name for himself in the real estate industry when he joined Devine Real Estate over 18 years ago and things immediately started to happen.
Now years on, Greg's overwhelming success in sales is well documented with hundreds if not thousands of successful transactions to his name. Greg is quick to point out however that it's not about the actual value of the property, it's about the value he can bring to the table when negotiating on behalf of his sellers...whether it be a $500,000 unit or a $7,000,000 house, the importance of the result for him is the same.
Greg has a skill level second to none when it comes to negotiating and his easy approach makes him popular with both buyers and sellers alike. His ability to put people at ease is his greatest asset and a clear indication of why he's so successful!
Outside of work Greg is a devoted father and husband and enjoys a round of golf when time permits.
I'm sure once you meet Greg you will feel like you are talking to a friend rather than an agent!
