The developed farming soils are mainly heavier Brigalow Belah soils and the grazing country is a combination of red Belah soils to red Kurrajong buffel grass soils that grow good herbages in season.

CULTIVATION

A total area of Approx 1 921 Ha 4 746 Ac) is developed dry land farming country consisting of friable Brigalow Belah soils with contours waterways.

Winter cropping programme is a combination of 1 086 Ha (2 683 Ac) of Lancer wheat 161 Ha 397 Ac) of Boundary chickpea that has been planted on a full profile of moisture will be included in the sale.
