This is a sad tale of when Grand Designs go wrong. Well positioned on a sunny 930sqm (approx) section is this 5-bedroom Wadestown property.
To be blunt it is buggered, and requires a skilled tradie with proven restoration and remediation skills.
Pros: Location, private, sunny, north facing section a good building platform, double car pad (on road reserve).
Cons: Where to begin; 127 Sefton Street is not in a good way, it is a leaker. A dream home disaster needing full remediation, or someone to demolish and build new.
Our America based vendor, had started some remediation work, but now needs his money out and is not returning to New Zealand.
