I love the Hutt Valley. I've been here for over 25 years; my wife and I raised our family here and we like the fact that we are close to Wellington City and still have a great lifestyle with so much at our doorstep. I'm very much into giving back to the community - I served on the Board of Hutt Central School for seven years as the Chairman. I was also a team member when we organised the schools 150th reunion. I'm a member of the Eastern Hutt Rotary Club raising money as well as giving my time for community organisations & events.
I'm unashamedly old school. When I say I'll do something, I do it. I'm not the sort of person who jerks people around, and not afraid of hard work.
I know what I know and what I don't. I'm the first to admit that I'm not fast with technology but smart enough to have someone manage that for me. I know that I love property and what it offers.
