Two things from my 25 yrs in the military have stuck. My nickname, Polly, and the personal attributes that were present as a member of the Royal New Zealand Air Force. September 2018 to Feb 2021, Manager, selling new terraces and apartments for Kerepeti. After a brief stint on beautiful Nelson, I'm back and refreshed!
REAL ESTATE is a fast moving business, call today!
My 25 years of service showed me the importance of integrity, innovation, tenacity, dependability and empathy and I am proud to bring these in to my Real Estate career. Emotions can run high in the process of buying and selling. I get that. We go at your pace. In the Air Force I was known as someone that gets stuff done, and if that works for you and you want a quick sale, that's great. Selling or buying your home is not the same for everyone and it can be a longer, harder process for some. Rest assured we can simply keep in touch until you are ready to roll. Why Hobsonville? I moved to Hobsonville in May '89 with the Air Force, it didn't take me long to realise that this town and the surrounding area had something special going on. Hobsonville is changing every day, whether it be the infrastructure, a new business opening or new houses going up. This of course, brings with it new challenges, but the community spirit in this area is second to none. I am proud to be a part of it and proud to call Hobsonville my home. Why Real Estate? My time in East Timor with the Air Force really brought home to me the importance of having that place to call home. People's homes, full of their treasures and memories razed to the ground. Families just left with what they had got dressed in that morning. Property, houses, land, farms and even commercial property give people stability and reassurance. Even before that, as a 13 year old I witnessed a very upset father when it came to selling the family home. Real Estate gives us financial stability, personal stability and family stability, that place to call home. I have owned, rented, developed, subdivided, renovated, sold, purchased and listed property. I now live and breathe Real Estate, the self-improvement, the buzz, the changing market, but ultimately helping people achieve their dreams, helping others out of predicaments, helping families find their 'Forever' home, helping young people on to the ladder. Wherever you are at get in touch to talk Real Estate today!

Encompassed by enchanting and established sub-tropical gardens that provide a feeling of overwhelming tranquillity which belies the convenient West Harbour location, this two-bedroom home embraces complete privacy and offers the ultimate outdoor entertaining setting.
A selection of living zones provides buyers with a space for every occasion and includes the open plan living area, a conservatory and a study, the latter of which could potentially be converted into a third bedroom or a nursery.
There's also no shortage of alfresco living areas with a deck stepping down to the patio which overlooks the lawn and mature greenery to offer the perfect backdrop to summertime get-togethers. For those who really like to unwind amid nature, then the outdoor bath which enjoys all day sun is sure to be a highlight, especially with fragrant candles, bubbles and a glass of your favourite tipple in hand at the end of a long day.
A host of colourful tones including native timber is found around the interior to provide it with plenty of personality, and a closed woodfire is complemented by ducted heating which helps disperse warmth throughout the house.
Growing families will appreciate proximity to Montessori Little Star school which is literally located over the fence while the abundance of amenities in West Harbour/West Gate are only five minutes' drive away.
The vendors have made the decision to depart the city of sails, and are, therefore, committed to achieving a sale.
