Ann Thomas’ Hawke’s Bay residential real estate career began in the 1990s. Over the years, she has seen this fast-paced, cyclical industry evolve through every type of market condition. Change has never fazed Ann. Instead, she has worked consistently through each shift, always focused on one outcome: achieving the best possible result for her clients.
When the Global Financial Crisis in 2008 saw many licence holders leave the industry, Ann remained.
