I love the Hutt Valley. I've been here for over 25 years; my wife and I raised our family here and we like the fact that we are close to Wellington City and still have a great lifestyle with so much at our doorstep. I'm very much into giving back to the community - I served on the Board of Hutt Central School for seven years as the Chairman. I was also a team member when we organised the schools 150th reunion. I'm a member of the Eastern Hutt Rotary Club raising money as well as giving my time for community organisations & events.
I'm unashamedly old school. When I say I'll do something, I do it. I'm not the sort of person who jerks people around, and not afraid of hard work.
I know what I know and what I don't. I'm the first to admit that I'm not fast with technology but smart enough to have someone manage that for me. I know that I love property and what it offers. I've been in the industry for a few years now and partnered up with the best agent in the Hutt Valley, my friend Suzi Gambitsis.
My passion is gardening and outside presentation so can offer you great advice on all that stuff and how to add value to your property. I'll even roll up my sleeves, throw on the gum boots and give you a hand.
You should choose me as your real estate agent because I'm honest, enthusiastic and ready to work hard to achieve great outcomes for you.
On the market for the first time in almost 60 years, it's an absolute privilege to be selling this beautiful character home situated up a secluded private driveway in the very popular hillside suburb of Belmont. Surrounded by mature trees and established garden, we have a large flat fully fenced section perfectly sized for active children needing space to run and play. There's also several paved areas ideal for adults to entertain or just sit back and relax after a busy week. Inside, the home consists of five bedrooms (one currently set up as an office) all with ample storage. The generous sized master gets brilliant afternoon sun and has an ensuite with separate shower. Living consists of two large lounges (one up - one down) plus a separate dining room joining onto a custom fitted kitchen with a large window box meaning it's flooded with natural light. At the rear of the home is a lovely family bathroom, separate w/c and a large laundry suitable to hide away all the kids junk and sports gear when you slam the door shut! Outa sight - outa mind - the kind of laundries we use to have a generation ago. At the rear of the section is an extra large double garage with a huge workshop off the side. If you are a tradie and looking for a place to set up with all your tools and gear, then this property will be for you. It's a massive shed with so much room. The owner of this property explained to me that to her, it's not a house - it's a home. They have made improvements and alterations over the many many years they made this their home, so you really need to come and view this home to feel the warmth it contains. There is loads of potential to add your own flair here, but it's also a fantastic family home just as it is.
Put this on your must view list - call for a private viewing or visit a planned open home.
Please park in Park Road when viewing.
