I love the Hutt Valley. I've been here for over 25 years; my wife and I raised our family here and we like the fact that we are close to Wellington City and still have a great lifestyle with so much at our doorstep. I'm very much into giving back to the community - I served on the Board of Hutt Central School for seven years as the Chairman. I was also a team member when we organised the schools 150th reunion. I'm a member of the Eastern Hutt Rotary Club raising money as well as giving my time for community organisations & events.
I'm unashamedly old school. When I say I'll do something, I do it. I'm not the sort of person who jerks people around, and not afraid of hard work.
I know what I know and what I don't. I'm the first to admit that I'm not fast with technology but smart enough to have someone manage that for me. I know that I love property and what it offers.
My passion is gardening and outside presentation so can offer you great advice on all that stuff and how to add value to your property. I'll even roll up my sleeves, throw on the gum boots and give you a hand.
You should choose me as your real estate agent because I'm honest, enthusiastic and ready to work hard to achieve great outcomes for you.
This lovely well looked after home is going to appeal to both first home buyers as well as those looking to down size to a single level unit. Being the back section of a cross-lease property, it's lovely and quiet and has a beautiful fully fenced lawn and garden.
Facing ideally to maximise the sun, we have two bedrooms, modernised bathroom and ample storage throughout. Spacious lounge and an original but tidy kitchen/dining area that is ideal for singles or couples. Single garage a bonus. Low maintenance brick and tile complete the picture of a very sought after home in a very nice location. These places are rare of late so jump in and you can be set up before Christmas.
Deadline closes 12:00pm, Wednesday 14 October
