Although his real estate career has been served mostly in Wellington he has also managed a sales team in Raumati for a three-year term in the 1990’s. Mike has also trained as property auctioneer.
During his career, Mike has become a strong advocate for not only home ownership but also for real estate as an investment option. His passion for investment real estate is supported by the fact that he is a property investor himself so he speaks from a position of strength when advising clients on the benefits of establishing a property portfolio as a retirement fund.
A family man, Mike’s leisure time is centred around his wife of 30 years and 2 children. He is an avid follower of most sports and has coached hundreds of children at rugby, cricket, soccer, water polo and miniball. He has coached rugby at a high level in Wellington and overseas and also received an All Black nomination when playing.
"As a family orientated person, I can identify for my clients the services and necessities for family living both in a particular home and in your chosen suburb. I am also staunch in my belief that property is the safest and most reliable form of medium to long term investment and have invested myself for the long-term benefit of my family. I would welcome the opportunity of sharing my research and experience with anyone interested in the real estate market."
One of my proudest real estate achievements was the selling of Wellington’s most expensive house of $5,700,000.
If you are looking for a place for the family to grow or just want a feeling of space, this is it!!!
Traditional, sturdy 1970's home with four good sized bedrooms, large bright lounge, separate dining which is connected to the kitchen that has a lovely outlook over the eastern hills.
The huge double garage has loads of storage and is ideal for those who like to tinker. There is also further space for two cars on the driveway.
The sunny backyard has plenty of space to kick a ball or to just relax around the barbie and enjoy the established gardens with its prolific lemon tree and abundance of camellias.
The location is hard to beat, a short walk to the school, the train station and supermarket nearby along with quick access onto the motorway.
Whilst the home may need a little modernisation, it does offer a fantastic opportunity to buy into the 'kiwi dream'.
