Passionate and dedicated, Stef went from being a sales assistant at age 18 to an accredited auctioneer at 21 and a business owner at 22. He was the youngest licensee ever at a major Sydney franchise group and was c founding Principal of their Newcastle office.
Thriving on new challenges, Stef is fiercely determined to achieve his career goals. His comprehensive sales and management expertise, coupled with a desire to help others achieve more success, led to him deliberately seeking a corporate role in 2013, where he could share his wisdom and hands-on experience with other property professionals.
At Belle Property Head Office, Stef is a an integral part of the Belle Property Academy as a performance coach and business strategist. Stef works closely with many of our agents, Principals and top performers focusing on productivity and peak performance. Andrew also oversees the Orientation Program for all new members to our group and is in high demand as Auctioneer to many of our office
