I love the Hutt Valley. I've been here for over 25 years; my wife and I raised our family here and we like the fact that we are close to Wellington City and still have a great lifestyle with so much at our doorstep. I'm very much into giving back to the community - I served on the Board of Hutt Central School for seven years as the Chairman. I was also a team member when we organised the schools 150th reunion. I'm a member of the Eastern Hutt Rotary Club raising money as well as giving my time for community organisations & events.
I'm unashamedly old school. When I say I'll do something, I do it. I'm not the sort of person who jerks people around, and not afraid of hard work.
I know what I know and what I don't. I'm the first to admit that I'm not fast with technology but smart enough to have someone manage that for me. I know that I love property and what it offers. I've been in the industry for a few years now and partnered up with the best agent in the Hutt Valley, my friend Suzi Gambitsis.
My passion is gardening and outside presentation so can offer you great advice on all that stuff and how to add value to your property. I'll even roll up my sleeves, throw on the gum boots and give you a hand.
You should choose me as your real estate agent because I'm honest, enthusiastic and ready to work hard to achieve great outcomes for you.
I’ve built a strong and respected presence across the Hutt Valley, consistently delivering outstanding results as part of a high-performing team alongside John Matthews. I don’t approach real estate as a transaction — I treat it as a performance.
Selling real estate is a privilege. Representing someone’s biggest asset carries responsibility, and I take that seriously. Helping clients achieve premium prices and move confidently into their next chapter is what drives me.
I have a genuine, deep connection to the Hutt Valley. This is a region I believe in. I’m excited by its growth, its evolution, and the opportunities ahead. I’m proud to represent the people who call it home.
Before real estate, I built my career in high-performance rugby, representing Wellington, the Hurricanes, and the Maori All Blacks. Those experiences shaped my mindset — discipline, resilience, preparation, and a relentless competitive edge. Performing under pressure isn’t new to me. It’s where I thrive.
I then spent over a decade in Italy playing and coaching rugby. Immersing myself in a new culture, learning a new language, and building a life and family abroad expanded my perspective and strengthened my leadership. It reinforced adaptability, accountability, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Elite sport taught me that success is never accidental. It comes from preparation, strategy, teamwork, and total commitment. That philosophy now underpins every campaign I run.
I’m process-driven, highly strategic, and unwavering in my communication. I bring structure, energy, and absolute focus to every property I represent. My standard isn’t average — it’s premium.
When you work with me, you get commitment, clarity, and competitive drive.
My objective is simple: execute the right strategy, create maximum competition, and deliver the best possible result — not later, but now.
Well here's a project! This well positioned property has two dwellings on it and both are in need of modernising and renovation. Currently we have two bedrooms in the front home and three in the rear building and it includes a single garage and off-street parking for three other vehicles. That's something you don't often find in Newtown. There are so many possibilities here, you simply need to come and view.
The rear building is two storied and of brick construction, while the front home is timber. In its day, we believe the rear building was a joinery shop many years ago. With the section being basically flat, it's easy access for convenient parking. This property is quite unique and its location will appeal to many. So close to so many public amenities. Good transport links, a very short walk to the supermarket down the street and just down the hill is all the shops and restaurants/cafes in Riddiford Street. Also 2 minutes walk to Wellington Hospital and a short bus ride to Central Wellington City.
This property is for sale by negotiation and needs to be sold. Please ignore the CV value and the estimated value on this website. The owners want this sold!
Come and visit us at a scheduled open home or book a private viewing. Both dwellings are vacant so viewing can be booked for any time.
