I love the Hutt Valley. I've been here for over 25 years; my wife and I raised our family here and we like the fact that we are close to Wellington City and still have a great lifestyle with so much at our doorstep. I'm very much into giving back to the community - I served on the Board of Hutt Central School for seven years as the Chairman. I was also a team member when we organised the schools 150th reunion. I'm a member of the Eastern Hutt Rotary Club raising money as well as giving my time for community organisations & events.
I'm unashamedly old school. When I say I'll do something, I do it. I'm not the sort of person who jerks people around, and not afraid of hard work.
I know what I know and what I don't. I'm the first to admit that I'm not fast with technology but smart enough to have someone manage that for me. I know that I love property and what it offers. I've been in the industry for a few years now and partnered up with the best agent in the Hutt Valley, my friend Suzi Gambitsis.
My passion is gardening and outside presentation so can offer you great advice on all that stuff and how to add value to your property. I'll even roll up my sleeves, throw on the gum boots and give you a hand.
You should choose me as your real estate agent because I'm honest, enthusiastic and ready to work hard to achieve great outcomes for you.
I’ve built a strong and respected presence across the Hutt Valley, consistently delivering outstanding results as part of a high-performing team alongside John Matthews. I don’t approach real estate as a transaction — I treat it as a performance.
Selling real estate is a privilege. Representing someone’s biggest asset carries responsibility, and I take that seriously. Helping clients achieve premium prices and move confidently into their next chapter is what drives me.
I have a genuine, deep connection to the Hutt Valley. This is a region I believe in. I’m excited by its growth, its evolution, and the opportunities ahead. I’m proud to represent the people who call it home.
Before real estate, I built my career in high-performance rugby, representing Wellington, the Hurricanes, and the Maori All Blacks. Those experiences shaped my mindset — discipline, resilience, preparation, and a relentless competitive edge. Performing under pressure isn’t new to me. It’s where I thrive.
I then spent over a decade in Italy playing and coaching rugby. Immersing myself in a new culture, learning a new language, and building a life and family abroad expanded my perspective and strengthened my leadership. It reinforced adaptability, accountability, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Elite sport taught me that success is never accidental. It comes from preparation, strategy, teamwork, and total commitment. That philosophy now underpins every campaign I run.
I’m process-driven, highly strategic, and unwavering in my communication. I bring structure, energy, and absolute focus to every property I represent. My standard isn’t average — it’s premium.
When you work with me, you get commitment, clarity, and competitive drive.
My objective is simple: execute the right strategy, create maximum competition, and deliver the best possible result — not later, but now.
The current owners of this lovely property bought because it had a great feel and they felt it was for them as soon as they walked in door. That was a few years ago now and the home still embraces that wonderful feel it did back then. They are about to move on to a new home they have built which means this beautiful house can now belong to someone else. That might be you! Boasting three double bedrooms all with wardrobes, this home has plenty of room if you are a young couple about to purchase your first property. With a good sized open plan modern kitchen/dining/living, we have doors that open out onto a sun drenched deck area with appealing outlook over the easy care flat lawn and garden. With a modern bathroom and upgraded laundry, there is nothing to do here other than move in and enjoy. This property is fully fenced and has off street parking for three vehicles and is in a very attractive grove, making it very quiet and peaceful. Bird life is a plenty. This very nice property will appeal to first home buyers looking for a convenient location close to the city centre. It will also be great for down-sizers. If you have sold your large family home and want a small easy care house and section but still want room for the kids and grandkids to come and stay, then you must come and look at this home. You'll love it! The home gets all day sun and you'll love relaxing outside on the deck or entertaining family and friends for the summer. Don't muck around - this will sell.
