His experience, success and credibility saw him offered a national management role with a global risk-reduction business which led to the establishment and management of a Whangarei based operations center and later the management of offshore operations, teams and relationships. Prioritising family life, Warrick moved to a sales role with CB Norwood Distributors in 2014 in, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become their Regional Manager before returning to real estate in 2021.
Together with his wife, Victoria, and their two daughters, Warrick has called Whangarei home for over 27 years and has established a deep understanding and appreciation of the area.
