About James Alexander
If you have ever had the pleasure of meeting James, you'll quickly understand what separates James from others.
His charisma, enthusiasm, quick wit and upbeat nature are a winning combination. Born in the East of London, you could say it’s in his DNA.
James has been in sales his entire life, for over 27 years, since he was 15 in fact and he’s very good at it. His real estate career began back in 2007 in the face of a recession. Arguably the hardest time to start a career in real estate. On reflection, he says, "It was the best time to start. You had to be tenacious, innovative and think outside the square”
It's that positive can-do attitude that made him rise to become one of the top agents in Bream Bay over his 7-year tenure (2007 - 2014).
In 2014, lured by the mountain biking explosion, he moved to action-packed Rotorua and started all over again. Within 5 years he again became one of the top agents in Town and was awarded top salesperson for Ray White Rotorua, along with other awards for community involvement and the prestigious "Elite" badge only a select few in the Ray White Group internationally achieve.
James has incredible ability to connect and engage with all walks of life. His down to earth manner is his trademark.
James is also a vibrant Auctioneer. It's his passion, and it shows. James thrives on the pressure to perform and he delivers; renowned in the area for setting record street prices time after time.

Sitting up high and proud on sought-after Massey Road, this pocket of paradise is a symphony for the senses.
Taking in the iconic sweep of Bream Bay, with the dominant white sands of Uretiti and Waipu river mouth lining the blue azure. The striking Whangarei Heads pop centre frame, the Hen and Chicks and Mokohinau Islands to the East, with the foreground laced with contrasting pastoral scenes and intricate textures from immediate treetops; a veritable feast for the eyes! A postcard scene sure to soothe the senses, that cannot be built out.
A cheese wedge hectare with native bush that rises from a point below to meet a tidy grassy glade hilltop of approx. 1/2 acre which is protected by dense plantings on either side to the East and West. The dominant bush-clad ridge to the south ensures that the infamous warm Northland climate rings true, preserved in this neatly packaged sheltered parcel. Birdlife is in abundance further enhancing its distinct retreat-like position.
Not far from your gate is the splendid Brynderwyn walkway that threads through beautiful lush native bush taking in fine specimens of Kauri and Nikau along the way, eventually ending up not far from the shores of Langs beach.
What separates this fine offering from others is the quality of the view, the gentle contour of the building platform and the protection from the wind. What's more, you can never be built out. You own the bush in front.
An exquisite example of subtropical Northland you cannot afford to miss.
