Ramon has had a background in the hospitality industry as a qualified Chef and he has worked in the mining industry at the world’s largest LNG plant – The Gorgon Gas project for 4 years before returning to New Zealand to pursue a career in real estate. His early training in real estate came through attendance at the training academy of industry leaders and renowned Auckland agents Barfoot and Thompson Ltd. Ramon also quickly adopted Tommy’s best practice policies for dealing with the buying and selling public and capitalized on the opportunities afforded to him while working with industry leaders in an award winning sales team.
For his first two years in real estate, Ramon learned from and was mentored by real estate icon, Tommy Heptinstall. Tommy’s words of wisdom and market “know how” were absorbed by Ramon and put into effective practice.
