Ben graduated with a degree in Business Advertising and Indigenous Development (Maori) and began his working career in the marketing team at Boulgaris Realty Remuera. After two years with the commercial division at Barfoot & Thompson - a company where his grandfather worked for over 15 years, Ben moved to residential sales with Ray White Epsom where his negotiation & interpersonal skills are put to best practice.
Bens loves the diversity Auckland City has to offer and being a third-generation Auckland Grammar family, he's gained a sound understanding of residential property sales in this sprawling city amongst all the suburbs.
What Ben loves about real estate is the stratagem of negotiation and forming strong relationships with clients. He has a working knowledge of residential property sales arrangements and is well placed to discuss the variety of structures that invariably arise in today's complex property market.
In his spare time, he enjoys sailing and the challenges of being the ever youngest board member of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron in 150 years. In conjunction with Ben's contribution to the Squadron, he also supports the Royal New Zealand Guide Dog Foundation, where he has trained two guide dogs.
