I love the Hutt Valley. I've been here for over 25 years; my wife and I raised our family here and we like the fact that we are close to Wellington City and still have a great lifestyle with so much at our doorstep. I'm very much into giving back to the community - I served on the Board of Hutt Central School for seven years as the Chairman. I was also a team member when we organised the schools 150th reunion. I'm a member of the Eastern Hutt Rotary Club raising money as well as giving my time for community organisations & events.
I'm unashamedly old school. When I say I'll do something, I do it. I'm not the sort of person who jerks people around, and not afraid of hard work.
I know what I know and what I don't. I'm the first to admit that I'm not fast with technology but smart enough to have someone manage that for me. I know that I love property and what it offers. I've been in the industry for a few years now and partnered up with the best agent in the Hutt Valley, my friend Suzi Gambitsis.
My passion is gardening and outside presentation so can offer you great advice on all that stuff and how to add value to your property. I'll even roll up my sleeves, throw on the gum boots and give you a hand.
You should choose me as your real estate agent because I'm honest, enthusiastic and ready to work hard to achieve great outcomes for you.
Selling real estate is a privilege and helping people achieve their goals is extremely rewarding.
I feel a strong connection to the Hutt Valley, I am really excited about the changes and challenges the city has in its present and future.
My passion for sports led me to be involved with high-level rugby and representing Wellington, The Hurricanes and the Maori All Blacks gave me the experience to solidify the strong bond and proud feeling I have for Wellington and its people.
From my time playing rugby in New Zealand, I spent just over a decade in Italy playing and coaching rugby. The opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and learn another language and culture was an experience that gifted me so much, including a family.
I know the importance of working towards common goals, the value of good preparation, and the power of teamwork.I firmly believe with the right strategy, open communication, and hard work, anything is possible.
I pride myself on being process-driven results and providing honest, open communication that will help you achieve your goals. My experience in high performance sports has taught me only total commitment and drive can bring success, this drive and commitment is absolute in achieving premium prices which is at the core of my client service to deliver the best price now.
