When the Global Financial Crisis hit in 2008 and many other licensees quit, I prevailed, and continued to work hard and support my clients during an already stressful time. A transfer to Wellington in the mid-1990s resulted in more than 20 years of successful real estate service to both my vendors and purchasers within the Capital city. It also exposed me to how people from other regions think.
