About Noel Cameron
I have two passions in life – selling Hawkes Bay real estate and bonsai, the ancient oriental art of growing miniature trees. Each tree has its own characteristics and special requirements. Patience, persistence and individual care is needed to achieve the desired results.
What does growing bonsai have to do with selling real estate? More than you would think! Each property has its own characteristics and each client their own particular requirements. I strongly feel that I don’t just sell houses, I sell homes. I know that a property is so much more than just bricks and mortar. It can be the realisation of a lifelong dream, a place where an entire family grew up, or a peaceful place to escape to after a long day at work.
From my 28 years of real estate experience, I have learnt that buying or selling a home is a huge investment, not just financially but also emotionally. Matching people with properties to get the desired result for both vendors and buyers requires the same understanding, patience, persistence and individual care as growing bonsais. Just as I want to minimize stress on my trees, I always do my best to work with people to help them realise their dreams, without causing unnecessary stress.
This low maintenance brick and cement board home built in 1984 is positioned to capture the all-day sun. You'll find the ample kitchen benches, storage and breakfast bar so handy and welcome a break from the chores relaxing in the sun-soaked nook provided by the corner inbuilt seating area. The kitchen leads to an open plan dining and lounge area. Step through the lounge doors to a private, paved outdoor living area where you will spend hours relaxing or entertaining family and friends while the kids and pets frolic in the fully fenced back section. Other bonuses include a separate laundry, a bath and separate shower, a heat pump, ventilation system, low cost heating in two bedrooms and a shade house for gardeners. A carport is attached to the garage which has a rumpus room to escape to for a little space away from family activity. Very handy to Anderson Park and the Village.
All offers will be presented to the vendor at 1.00pm on Tuesday 26th May 2020.
