Megan’s career in sales, marketing and business development covered a diverse range of industries before she made the move into real estate in 2012 – with instant success. In the first 12 months of joining a leading real estate group on Sydney’s North Shore, Megan achieved in excess of 30 sales and was ranked amongst the top 2% of the company’s salespeople worldwide. As General Manager at Forsyth Real Estate, Megan draws on this real estate sales experience, along with her established business development, strategic marketing and client relationship skills to build the company’s market presence, professional staff and client services.
Working in the textiles industry for over 20 years, Megan was on the board of a number of international textile mills as well as running her own textile manufacturers agency. During this time, she was responsible for strategic marketing and business development for major brands in the worldwide marketplace and travelled extensively throughout Asia, the Far East and Europe, marketing products, negotiating agreements and managing production. She also spearheaded major marketing and brand-awareness campaigns both in the business-to-business and consumer marketplaces.
With a wealth of experience in brand marketing and development, Megan is excited to be bringing her big-picture, strategic approach to an agency with such a well-established local history. In taking Forsyth towards its next century in business, Megan is building on the company’s reputation for professionalism and ethical conduct, while continuing its drive to be at the forefront of the industry, always seeking to offer our Australian and international clients the best possible marketing, sales or property management experience.
Having spent a lifetime on the Lower North Shore, Jimmy knows and loves the area, the people and the real estate. His wealth of local knowledge and enthusiasm for the Lower North Shore lifestyle, teamed with professional training, give him a real edge in his property marketing and sales success.
Jimmy had bought and sold numerous properties through Forsyth Real Estate before joining the company in mid 2014. In addition to owning a number of homes, he’s also been an active property investor, giving him the insight and knowledge of what investors are looking for in a property – and a real estate agent!
After running a successful business in Crows Nest for 10 years, Jimmy decided to pursue his other passion – real estate – as a career. With a background in hospitality and business management, he has a key focus on customer service as well as strong communication, marketing and negotiation skills. Before joining Forsyth, he worked with a boutique agency on the Lower North Shore, where he achieved excellent sales results and completed his Real Estate Licence.
Jimmy quite simply loves the Lower North Shore. Born in the local area, he currently lives in Naremburn with his family, with two children attending local schools.
