I love the Hutt Valley. I've been here for over 25 years; my wife and I raised our family here and we like the fact that we are close to Wellington City and still have a great lifestyle with so much at our doorstep. I'm very much into giving back to the community - I served on the Board of Hutt Central School for seven years as the Chairman. I was also a team member when we organised the schools 150th reunion. I'm a member of the Eastern Hutt Rotary Club raising money as well as giving my time for community organisations & events.
I'm unashamedly old school. When I say I'll do something, I do it. I'm not the sort of person who jerks people around, and not afraid of hard work.
I know what I know and what I don't. I'm the first to admit that I'm not fast with technology but smart enough to have someone manage that for me. I know that I love property and what it offers. I've been in the industry for a few years now and partnered up with the best agent in the Hutt Valley, my friend Suzi Gambitsis.
My passion is gardening and outside presentation so can offer you great advice on all that stuff and how to add value to your property. I'll even roll up my sleeves, throw on the gum boots and give you a hand.
You should choose me as your real estate agent because I'm honest, enthusiastic and ready to work hard to achieve great outcomes for you.
Sitting at the very top of Hay Street - elevated for all day sun - we have this two bedroom starter for those wanting to jump into the property market Or this home could be removed or demolished to make way for multiple dwellings (with Council consent) if you are looking for a large 772sqm section in a nice quiet location close to bush walks and right outside the bus stop that services the Hutt Valley.
Here we have a weatherboard home in it's original condition waiting for you to add your own flare. It's perfectly liveable as it is so you could do renovations over time while you are living in the home. It's got a generous sized lounge with heating, two double bedrooms, a 1950's kitchen/dining with a separate laundry, nice small bathroom with shower over the bath and large separate garage with workshop.
This home is in a lovely spot - very little traffic if you are after a more secluded location but not too far from the Naenae shopping area. The section is slightly sloping and has a little stream with some small native trees at one end for a bit of ambiance and few local birds etc. The owner will consider all offers to meet the current market as she has plans to move on asap.
Give me a call for a private viewing or visit a planned open home.
