Born and raised in the Warkworth area, Terrence lived here for the first 18 years of his life, before leaving the then smaller town of Warkworth in search of a new career in teaching.
Terrence studied and completed successfully, three years towards a Bachelor of Education in Auckland and in that time, learning many transferable skills such as self-management, negotiation and communication with people from all walks of life.
Terrence considers himself very friendly, approachable and enjoys meeting and interacting with people. Terrence also understands that purchasing and selling property can be a stressful process but with care, professionalism, aptitude and attitude, he feels he can alleviate many of the stresses involved, and make it a far more enjoyable experience.
2016 saw a new opportunity and challenge taking on the role as joint owner of the 3 offices in Warkworth, Snells Beach and Maungaturoto along with Paul Gothard with whom over the years he had forged a successful partnership with.
