Built in a desirable era, this 1960s much loved family home has been tastefully bought up to date to reflect functional family living and sits on a sizeable and fully fenced 1249m2 section, (Zoned Mixed Housing Suburban).
The home has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate laundry and double garage. The updated contemporary kitchen is open plan with granite bench-tops, new appliances and a breakfast bar. The lounge area is open and spacious for family living and has been newly fitted with quality custom-made curtains. The separate dining area flows to a conservatory which can be used as a playroom for the kids, a winter BBQ area or further storage. The rear deck overlooks the section which is set up really well for young families, is well landscaped and has fruiting trees. There's still plenty of room for chickens or vegetable gardens or to explore development potential, (subject to council approval).
The interior and exterior have been newly painted, and while the home receives plenty of sun, there's also a heat-pump and insulation.
