After working in the telecommunications industry, Warrick spent time working and traveling abroad, including Japan and the United States of America, before returning to New Zealand. He then upskilled in management and went on to establish his own tour company before moving into real estate. With an entrepreneurial spirit, this former real estate rookie of the year quickly went on to become a leading salesperson in the area, building a strong brand synonymous with success and service excellence. His experience, success and credibility saw him offered a national management role with a global risk-reduction business which led to the establishment and management of a Whangarei based operations center and later the management of offshore operations, teams and relationships. Prioritising family life, Warrick moved to a sales role with CB Norwood Distributors in 2014 in, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become their Regional Manager before returning to real estate in 2021.
Together with his wife, Victoria, and their two daughters, Warrick has called Whangarei home for over 27 years and has established a deep understanding and appreciation of the area. After nearly 20 years at the forefront of mobile telecommunications in Northland, Brett made the decision to follow his passion for real estate in September 2014. In 2018 Lyn (his wife) joined Brett after selling their successful business, the five-star motel - Lodge Bordeaux.
