Born in Petone and educated at St Mary's College Wellington I have a large network of contacts throughout the Lower Hutt/ Wellington Region.
Following a number of years in Australia working in the transport industry and then owning and operating a Motel in NSW, I returned to New Zealand to commence in business as a property consultant. Owning my own portfolio of investment property has given me a good insight into how the property market works, and what both the vendor and purchaser see as important throughout the Real Estate transaction.

Karen resides in Eastbourne. She combines her love of Eastbourne and the casual lifestyle Eastbourne offers with her chosen profession and says "she just wants to do good business."
