Whilst working full time in Wellington, I also lived part time in Martinborough. Since 2004 I have been involved with properties – subdividing, renovating & building homes and then successfully selling them. In 2015 I then made Martinborough my permanent home.
I was born and raised in the southern suburb of Island Bay in Wellington. Island Bay also has a village feel to it, with many families of different nationalities, backgrounds and trades working and socializing together. I believe this is one of the main reasons I was originally attracted to the South Wairarapa.
I believe this is where my strength lie’s – the combination of my corporate and property development background helps me have great communication with people from all walks of life. I have a passion for meeting new people and matching them with their perfect property. Add to the mix my negotiation skills and the Ray White marketing and I look forward to getting you the premium price for your property in the shortest possible time frame.
This property is a bonanza in today's market! Yesteryear grace surrounded by wide open space come together in a perfect fusion of lifestyle and location on a town-edge section where properties of such size rarely change hands. The original home was built circa 1900. Inside, plenty of natural light combined with an open-plan layout create fabulous living and entertaining spaces, and an inviting ambience, while high studs, wooden ceilings & lead light windows add to the character. Downstairs also includes a bedroom and a family bathroom, with two w/cs and a generous laundry/boot room. Upstairs is the perfect getaway for the teenagers with two bedrooms or an office and guest room. The development potential here is amazing! Relocate or extend the bungalow to take advantage of an incredible 1189m2 section, or build your new home alongside, or both! Summers will be spent under the large pergola which sets the scene for summer alfresco dining enjoying the sunsets. If that morning coffee, brunch or dinner beckons, the village is close by or you can visit your favourite vineyards which surround Martinborough. Immaculately presented with all the hard work done for you while retaining lovely features of the era. Our owners have loved living here but it is time to move on. It is your turn. http://content.realestatestudio.com.au/544037-91JellicoeStreet-20201126-010504.mp4
